Sign in at busoaudio.com/account and open your order. The order status page shows the current stage of your workstation and an estimated shipping week.
What to expect, and when
Every workstation is made to order, so there is a build time before anything ships.
| Stage | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Order received | Your order is confirmed and queued for production. |
| In production | Your workstation is being cut, finished and packed. Standard production takes 6-7 weeks in total, and rush production 2 weeks. |
| Shipped | The crate has left our factory. You will receive tracking by email at this point. |

Once it has shipped
Your tracking email is the fastest source of truth. Please do not schedule studio downtime until tracking shows a confirmed delivery date, since customs and courier delays are outside our control.
