Do your prices include VAT?

In the EU and the UK, yes. Prices include VAT at the rate of the country you are shipping to, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Why does the price change when I change country?

VAT rates differ from country to country. Because our prices already include VAT, changing the delivery country changes the rate included in the price, and the total moves with it. Our own price stays the same; only the tax portion changes.

Outside the EU and the UK

In the United States, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, India and the rest of the world, prices are shown without VAT. Any local sales tax is handled under the rules of your own country.

For the United States, our prices include all import duty and tariffs and we ship DDP, so all duties are taken care of. See US customs clearance, TSCA and tariffs.

Buying as a company

Companies in the EU with a valid VAT number can buy without VAT under the intra-community reverse charge. See Purchasing as a company.

Your invoice shows the VAT rate and the amount included in your order. If you need a copy, just contact us.
